Are you a problem finder?
You often hear about people in a business who are great at finding problems. They can sniff out an issue and are quick to flag them to the hierarchy.
Who doesn’t want someone like that in their business? I actually don’t.
A manager who finds a problem is great, but I would rather have the manager who solves the problem. Even better someone who can identify a potential situation that could become a problem and ensure it doesn’t happen in the first place.
