What do you offer?
What service do you offer your clients and has it evolved over the past year? Are your clients interested in all of the services you now offer or just some or one of them? Is the communications approach you now take the same as the client you’re working with? Clients and agencies evolve. Has the relationship evolved at the same speed? Is it still a match made in heaven? Or a ‘marriage of convenience’?
All valid questions to ask yourself when looking at your client list. When was the last time you asked yourself the same questions? Try it. You might be shocked by the outcome.
